STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE – The pearls are preserved in a “governing liquid”, which is exactly the same as the one used to produce the spherifications. With this method we achieve that the pearls have a preferential consumption of 1.5 years closed and 45 days open in refrigeration and withstand temperatures of 60º of heat and -5º of cold. When you open the jar, you will notice that the pearls can be perfectly separated from it and this liquid can also be used in your gastronomic creations. Take advantage of it!
