COCKTAIL RECIPE PALOMA

It is one of the best known Tequila-based cocktails. The slightly bitter citrus flavor characterizes this drink.

In addition, major brands such as COCA COLA Royal Bliss are launching the Grapefruit flavor to even subtly combine with Tequila.

USUAL INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml of tequila
  • 50 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml agave syrup
  • 100 ml of soda or cold siphon
  • Ice
  • A pinch of salt

PREPARATION:

In a cocktail shaker shake the first 4 ingredients

In a glass add ice and pour the liquid from the shaker.

Complete with 100/125 ml of siphon or soda. Garnish with a slice of Zitromac dehydrated grapefruit, which will give an “extra” aroma. Moisten the rim of the glass and lightly sprinkle with salt.
